So glad to be done with diapers it's the best feeling🤗🤗🤗🤗 in the world🌎 when your child masters potty training. I worked hard getting up with my son . Loosing sleep to put him on the potty every 15 minutes . I am definitely not complaining. I see a lot of Mommies say they want to potty train their child. But some mothers refuse to do the work. You can't potty train your child in a Day. You have to be consistently and be patience with your child. Don't yell at your child for having accidents. Realize accidents will happen, don't whoop your child. I waited until Baby Mac showed interest in potty training. I Never forced potty training on him or by other 3 children. I personally didn't use pull ups with my children. I put waterproof pads down in my bed and I cut my children's liquids off a few hours before bed. I don't bash Mothers for using pull ups. I just personally didn't with my children. My 7 year old son has accidents every now and then, due to his medications. I have 2 special needs sons that require my attention all the time. A lot more then Baby Mac does. I found putting my son on his potty as soon as he would wake up he would go. I wish everyone a awesome potty training and remember patience is the Key to mastering potty training 😎

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, I wish I could pat u on the back I'm so proud or u and baby Mac. I hope we achieve the same success. Our current goal is once a day but yesterday he did 3 times 👏🏼👏🏼 so I'm thinking 3 should be the new goal. Ur right the second they wake up. I don't even try during the night and Luke sucks boob all night so not sure how that will work🤔 during the day he does good but when I'm out it totally throws everything off even his regular 💩 schedule. 😂 how did u continue while being put in public? Also nights ?

I am so extremely proud 🤗🙌🙌🙌 of you and Baby Luke. Baby Mac was exclusively breastfed for 7 months straight. From 7 months until now he is feed from his 360 sippy cup breast milk. My goal is to go until he turns 2 years old. Hopefully my supply stays strong 🤔. That's awesome to hear that Baby Luke did awesome staying dry

Yes at night helps a lot because that's when my son would be pee a lot. In public with would line his car seat with a waterproof pad in case he had a accident. He loved 🤗🤗🤗 all the positive attention he would recieve from us. "Saying your such a big boy" "Yay Baby Mac went to the potty " Once he went a week straight with absolutely no accidents. We tried to purchase him Mickey Mouse underwear. We searched and we searched and we found some at the Disney store . He is only in 18 months and that we were finding was size 2T. Which is definitely to big. He is only interested in Mickey Mouse underwear he doesn't like we tried. He would take the other characters off and say "No Mickey" . We Never spoke "baby talk" to Baby Mac and we didn't allow others to either. He is able to speak in complete sentences. At first it was difficult because I first started potty training him. He would only say Mickey which confused 🤔 me because I didn't know if he had to use his Mickey Mouse potty or if he wanted to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. At night before he was potty trained I put a waterproof pad in our bed. We co sleep with Baby Mac since he was in the hospital. I used to set my cellphone to 15 minutes and wake him and put him on the potty. It was exhausting but it actually works. Children tend to pee a lot at night vs during the day. I wish you the best potty training Baby Luke and remember be patience 💖

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, u have defiantly put in hard work. Luke is a hard sleeper like mama so he might get mad he gets so pissed when I change his diaper at night but I could actually get up with home at least 3 times now just bc the way our schedule is. I love the idea of waterproof pads I have used them before if Luke had any redness with just a flour sack towel on him. As for baby talk well I understand what ur saying and it could be good but I'm just a goo goo ga ga kinda girl it fits my personality even before kids I talk to my husband that way and all kids. My dogs won't come if u talk normal they have to hear my high pitched baby voice lol. I'm sure Luke will jabber bc he does now but when I'm trying to teach him something or read to him I always talk clear and not baby talk and I think he can tell bc I'm more serious compared to my silly self which is how I am 90% of the time

@txyogagirl yes I did to get him out of diapers. It was sooo worth it . Yeah Baby Mac is a heavy sleeper too he would throw a fit when I would wake him up. But I was determined to get him fully potty trained. I never spoke baby talk to none of my children. Nothing against mommies who do baby talk to their child. My parents never spoke to me in baby talk. So I am not doing it either. Yes the waterproof pad works wonders. Wishing the best potty training Baby Luke you can do it love 🤗
