What's he easiest way to transition a baby from a full swaddle to arms out? My baby currently sleeps through the night 8-9 hours but is swaddled with arms in and when she wakes up in the morning she has figured out how to get her arms out. Worried that if I leave her arms out she will not sleep as well. Any suggestions?

shaking a baby?! So this girl I know had a baby girl a few months before me. The baby is 8-9 months. Well she was over at my bff house and the baby was crying and she went into the room and shook her and yelled at her to go to sleep!!! My bff started yelling at her to take care of her child. She said but she needs to go to sleep I want yo watch this movie! And my bff told her to get out of the room and she put baby girl to sleep. She goes to the living room. She is not watching a movie but is all over some guy she just met....

Any advice on weaning a baby off needing to be swaddled? My daughter will be four months, and is starting to roll, her arms are already out of the swaddle but when I try putting her to bed with nothing she wakes up every hour on the hour. TIA:)
As long as my baby is wrapped in her swaddle blanket, she can sleep for hours!! Last feeding was at 12am and she slept till almost 7 am. 🙏🏻

@velvetforeign, my pediatrician said swaddling is recommended until they can turn over. @tristan-makes-5, yes she hasn't rolled over yet but I know she has tried. So that's why I'm worried

@xalyssasays i started by doing one arm for about a week or two then did both. If she is on her back and not rolling over during the night theres no worries about suffocation. My pediatrician recommends it.

They actually tell you not to swaddle anymore due to suffocation
