Sorry I'm new to this app and I need to vent.. every mommy group I'm in I have my in laws in so I never ever say anything about my husband on there.. So my husband this morning heard me talking about him on the phone about how upset I am that every day is like a vacation for him and how when it comes to being at home he's never actually "home" the only time he seems like super dad and husband is when there's other people around.. really just his family bc he's himself around mine being that we see my family the most.. anyway since he heard how upset I was and how I'm losing my mind he's now working on one of the bathrooms in our house and making all these noises so I acknowledge he's doing something... really?? I never get acknowledgement for everything I do at home for the kids and him every day

@brendamariex3, yes and my sisters have suggested us going to therapy but they've witnessed his behavior and he thinks that everything is a constant attack and if he doesn't think that he'll help and be more hands on for a few days and then it's right back to him doing his own thing.. we've had this argument since my first child was born and at first when my husband said things would change it would for a couple of months then it went to weeks and now we're at days.. idk I love him I really do but sometimes he makes it extremely hard to love him
