I use Ovia & Ferility Friend. This is my BBT chart from FF. I'm 3DPO.

I Don't Track Any Of That It's Just To Stressful I'm Just Trying To See When The Best Time To Use My Pre-Seed But I Started Using It Sunday @kmechellec

Apps are just a guess. Temps & OPKs are much more accurate. You can get a BBT thermometer for less than $5 at Walmart.

For example: Ovia predicts that I ovulate 5 days later than I really do. Just keep that in mind.
