I highly recommend not to chase 2-5 year olds around in heels. Considering it was an interview I sucked it up and was running from classroom to classroom, chasing kids outside, inside the classroom, doing snack and lunch time, and also did nap time for four and a half hours. My feet are killing me. The employees there said I was brave for wearing heels they then informed they did their interview in jeans and slip on shoes. To think I have another interview tomorrow at a different daycare but this time it won't be in a classroom just with the director.
