I know this may sound wierd but as soon as I got out of the hospital my mom made me a drink of corn dough and water ..just lett it boil until its thick and you can add a little of sugar but you gotta drink it as hot as you can and I swear It worked ..when I felt like I was not producing that much all i needed was that it works since the first time you start drinking it and I heard drinking a beer works aswell but I didnt try that one

Also make sure your eating full meals lots of water and make sure the baby is latching on well and try to stay on the two 1/2 to 3hour schedule at least till you're milk supply is established I know it sounds like a lot but you can do it it's what we where created to do 👍🏽

I swear by "Milk Flow". You mix it with water or juice and it has a good taste! I also eat oatmeal and it seems to keep up my milk supply.

You could also make (or buy) some lactation cookies! I used to keep one by my night stand and eat one if I got hungry during a late night feeding. Those helped me too. :)
