I got a Pap smear for my first prenatal yesterday at 6w5d, doctor said it's routine and I could expect a little spotting. Well yesterday after the appointment I had terrible cramps for the rest of the day & night. I also had a little brown spotting. Woke up this morning with no more cramps and no bleeding over night. But just now the cramps came back and when I wipe I have red spotting. What does this mean?

@kitcatmeow8383, ok, I went to the doctors and got two ultrasound. Unfortunately the doctor wasn't there so the tech couldn't tell me anything until the doctor sees the scans today. They're supposed to call me sometime today. It got really bad yesterday, but last night it slowed down and the cramps stopped. And today no cramps & just a little spotting. Anxiously waiting for their call.

@kitcatmeow8383, ok, will do. They're every so often. In my back and stomach. It's not bright bright red but I'm so nervous now. So wish I didn't get that done!! I don't know why I needed it right now anyway
Maybe go to the er you possibly could be Miscarrying if its red blood
Definitely not brown, I had that last night and now today it's definitely red. Not getting on the pad yet, but I'm so nervous. @bri61217,
