Hi moms. I'm up with my daughter right now due to the fact that she says a cold that's clogging her up so bad all she can do it cough all night & choke while coughing . My baby can not breath properly when laying down and it's really upsetting . She's only 5 months old and I can't find her nasal spray .. any tips on how I can help her out until my SO gets off

Also, try to put her elevated while she sleeps. That's what the doctor told me for my daughter when she got the respiratory virus. Just need to watch her closely.

A humidifier? Or if you don't have one stream up the bathroom and sit in there with her for a while so it'll be able to unclog her nose.
