Melatonin is good or valerian root (you wake feeling super rested) but the latter may give you vivid dreams. I also put lavender drops on my pillow and in my diffuser if I'm restless. A hot cup of chamomile tea might help too!
:) take a hot bubble baths and listen to relaxing music. With the hussle and bussle of being a parent that something calm and slow could work. If not at least you are relaxed!
