Cramps are really scaring me and the gas on top of it is ridiculous... God plz let everything be ok!

I get cramps with gas if you haven't made a bowel movement in a while it can cause cramps

I had THE WORST cramps at the beginning this time around and here I am coming up on a month before my due date and everything is great.

I had cramps in my back like I had my period but as soon as I went to bathroom it would go away
