My son wouldn't accept a bottle or pacifer so I literally became his human pacifer for 6m. Swaddling and being rocked by daddy after being fed helped some, just letting him fall asleep on my chest after a feeding was the main calm. He'd only sleep for an hour at a time, then finally 3h or less at a time. Colic is rough...my God. Ugh. Sending so many good mama vibes to you, it DOES pass!

You could try the swaddle or skin to skin.
