At the end of the baby by belly/ bump feels like bruised when I lean over ((if I don't squat)) is that normal?? Just mean maybe alot of activity?
It's not causing any discomfort or aches/ pains with baby boy he'll still be in there kicking away & moving around. It seems to be more the outter muscles of my bump.

I got that too. I always had to squat. My doctor advised me not to bend at the waist, always squat. Or else it would hurt

@shylamarie I know that it's "proper technique" while pregnant to squat. My doctor hasn't mentioned any specifics either.. But I just been noticing it the last few nights when winding down. .. But I feel it's because I'm still very slim & all belly so that may be where I'm feeling all my extra weight.. .🤔 not sure nut gunna keep an eye on it. Along with movements... I'm still very active so I feel my movement has baby sleeping majority of the day or rocked by my movements that all his moving tasks place once I lay down.
