I fell like a super mom. I forgot the maintenance guy was suppose to come and let's just say he came at the worst possible time. My place looked like a tornado hit and my daughter figured out how to take her diaper off like 30 seconds before he knocked at the door and I didn't have a bra on. It was just bad. But I managed to sit my half naked child on the toilet, dress her, escape to my bedroom to put a bra on and take my husband's big ass jacket off that I had on covering myself, clean the dishes, start the dishwasher, wipe down the counters, mop the floor, light candles, put the trash on the patio, take my puppy out potty, put all the clean clothes away, fold the blankets on the couches, put all my child's toys neatly on her blanket, make a sippy, make a snack, and put my hair up all while my toddler cried because there was a stranger in our home. By the time the maintenance guy fixed the closet door in the living room I was finished cleaning my house. He was very impressed and said "I've never seen a mom in action like that with a crying child and you managed to clean the entire house, make it smell amazing, and deal with a puppy. I'm very impressed." Made me feel great.
