So my parents are hiring for a general labor and the start pay is 9 an hour that's because they either have little to no experience in construction. Some lady had a comment saying well McDonald's pay more than that. Lady please that's a fast food restaurant we are a Construction company! My step dad will have to teach the new guys how to do some shit and make sure they don't fuck up a job. So please you know nothing about construction and how perfect it has to be! We are not some patty flipping service!👋🏼👋🏼

Idk how much they pay here in tx lol. @92angel, but like seriously its to do general construction my husband now gets 15 an hour because he's a framer and has been doing this for 8 years. My husband does the big jobs for my dad. Right now the new guys will do roofing and fencing and the simple stuff he will teach them the other things when they have bigger jobs. My step dad already the other new guy he hired a raise like last week and he's been here for 3 weeks now. So you just have to know what your doing to keep going up.

It's a good paying job getting paid every Friday working 40 hours plus over time. They even work weekends and this new guy we just hired can get a raise in the next two weeks or so. My husband worked 2 weeks and my step dad gave in a raise and then a week later another raise then a month later he got 2 raises and he is always the lead guy or my step brother is lead guy depending on what they are working on so these guys get to do
Pretty much everything @92angel, I get paid less than that I get paid 8.50 because I answer phones and sort papers but my checks are still up to almost 300 dollars.
