Q6: Our final question for today’s #momlifechats: Many moms in the community work at home or have a job outside the home. Any tips on how to balance work, motherhood and chasing your dreams?
#2: have a notebook by your bed to help remember great ideas and to remember things that need to get done, I know my brain doesn’t work quite as good as it use to.
#3: go to mommy groups so you get support, daddies just don’t understand the stress or hormones
#4: Do self care...yoga please, your body and brain needs!
#5: Get help. Hire a little helper. I know not all mommies have the means for nannies but sometimes you can find a teen that needs a little after school job that can hold baby, or play with baby while you’re working.
#6: And would say be gentle with yourself. Finding balance is a balancing act at first and hard for all mommies. But with time…. just like anything else it will get easier!
