I've heard so many people say "The taxes I get back for my child doesn't even cover how much money I spend on them through the year." Well...the government didn't make you have a child. 😒 I spend a ton on my little girl for diapers, wipes, clothes, etc., and I don't expect money back at the end of the year. What makes it worth it all is the little smiles she gives me ☺️

I guess it depends on their return. I got a lottttt back but dont spend much because of cloth diapers and breastfeeding. Most moms dont work though and need the money 😔

Well if you make decent money most of the time the child tax credit is only like $1000 additional tax credit, if you make a lot of money you won't even get that. I've known people that have got a lot back from the earned income credit though and that's based around lower income. But hey, every little bit helps!!
