I know it’s hard to find the time. But self care is so important. Especially since you’ll be holding baby all day. Our bodies are craving it and needs it. I know without my yoga practice my shoulders and neck still burning with pain. That why I need to be disciplined and go to Mommy & baby yoga, or a hatha yoga class. As for more of the fitness classes I would say ease in. Be gentle with yourself. It feels great to move and sweat but make sure to tell the instructor that you’re a new mom so they can give you modifications, because it’s important to be gentle with your body and rebuild core strength right.#momlifechats 🤸🏻♂️🏋🏼
