OMG I would have had a heart attack. 😱 I don't do spiders at all! Thank God it didn't bite her.

@isabellesmomma212 I don't care about regular spiders, but all we get in this house are brown recluse. I found one in her laundry the other day! It's just a matter of time before something happens. I'm just thankful I was down in the floor with her instead of doing something else...😩😩

Only 5% of brown recluse bites are necrotic, but with her being an infant, I don't even know what would happen.

They also carry staff infection. My sister got it from a spider bite and it ate away the muscle in her leg. Left a big hole in her leg. Have you looked into getting the house bomb for bugs and spiders?

@isabellesmomma212 with brown recluse, nothing really kills them. The only thing you can do is lay down sticky traps, which doesn't really do a whole lot. We've lived here for 2 years so we've gotten used to it, but this one was the same color as our flooring, so I didn't even see it until she went to pick it up. Just gives me the heebie jeebies. They're pretty peaceful all-in-all, we've never had too much of an issue, but I can't deal with them anywhere near my baby.

Ahh I wasn't aware of that. We never had many to deal with in the homes I lived in. Just the one that bit my sister. And I understand that, babies don't know better. I have arachnophobia so I definitely wouldn't stick around if I didn't have to.
