I think it's a little frustrating that living with an in law, you do need boundaries. She has a side of the house and I have the other half. What's neutral is the living room and kitchen. I don't clean up after people besides MY FAMILY. and no one goes in my room besides me , Jr and husband. Just because a remote is lost doesn't give you a right, to go in my room and check if it's there. When I know for fact that nothing that is ever hers would not be in there. And she asks me why am I giving an attitude ? Because it's an invasion of privacy. This isn't the first time you go in there without telling me. And you think it's just ok to go in there to look for something. Now I'm definitely gonna get a lock for my door because that has got to be fucking stupid. If I can respect your room be privacy, respect mine! A quick text or call saves me the attitude you get cause you didn't tell me. Geez!!!
