Just try not to stress about it as long as you don't notice any bleeding. Like I said doctor or ER wise only thing they can do at this point is bloodwork to check your hcg levels since it may be too early for an intra-vaginal ultrasound. My back pain did get A LOT better after the 1st trimester.

With my son I use to have a weird taste in my mouth the whole first trimester but it wasn't blood. I however, was concerned about the back pain since I had a miscarriage back in December and the only symptom I had then was back pain. Ultimately, if you are concerned I would bring it up to your doctor but being 6 weeks there's really not much they can do either way. Did you have your 1st ob appointment yet?

Not the taste of blood part but I had horrible horrible back pain.
