My son takes 2-3 naps during the day. How can I get him to sleep more than 30 minutes?

Is he having a growth spurt or hitting any milestones?? Usually wanting to be awake more means baby is wanting to learn or hit that milestone they are close to.

He seems to know we have a routine and we are usually on track

Yes he is on a schedule I'm just not understanding why he won't take more than a 30 minute nap

Is he on any type of schedule? Consistency is key, it can be hard .
