My 2yr old had his hand in his diaper. I asked what was he doing he said "playing with my penis." I stopped asking questions from that point on lol

It's totally normal. My son has been at this for a long time now. He even will say Mommy's pp or daddy's pp. Might be able to jump on the potty training wagon while she's showing interest.
