What is or was your baby eating at 9 months?

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

So for the glucose test.. My appointment is Thursday at 9:30am... Do I not eat or drink anything??? Doctor never really explained 😩

I'm guessing to not eat or drink anything the night before?? (Like 9pm) Than again I have no idea lmao
