🚨🚨 5month old with strep🚨🚨

So my 5 month old has strep. She was doing really good last night on drinking a bottle and the same this morning until maybe 12ish she doesn't wasn't her bottle at all and all she wants to do is sleep. I've even tried breast milk to feed her and nothing. She will take a few drinks here and there but doesn't finish and she fall back asleep. Should I take her to the ER the drs in the fast track clinic never told me what to do and I don't want the er to just send us home. I don't know what to do!
