My little babes poop is green and smells like burnt rubber. Anyone know what this could be?

Is he having Breastmilk or formula?

He has both. He has RSV so it worries me that it could be an infection because he definitely has diarrhea

He's not on anything. They said it wasn't too bad

Green poop is fairly common with breastfed babies that are getting too much foremilk (the sweet skim like milk that comes at at the beginning of a feed to satisfy thirst) and not enough heindmilk (the high fat "thick" milk that satisfies hunger. It comes at the middle/end of the feed)

You could try block feeding... just first do your research on it and make sure it is right for you and your baby
