When your depressions been hitting you two days in a row, your own depression where you constantly insult yourself and feel useless and worthless...your husbands irratated here abd there through out the day, sometimes snapping at you when he doesnt mean to, and you know he doesnt mean to, just hes always working all day and hardly getting any rest...in the middle of your depression you submit the wrong home work assignment to the wrong teacher, then you dont work on it at all the next day because you feel like shit...almost every little thing your husband says upsets you even if it wasnt about you or directed tword you...then at the end of the night even though you feel emotionally stable...(thats me right now)...you know your not because yoyr husbands sleeping on the couch beside you because it has more room than trying to fit both of you on a tiny fold out cot...yet you cant sleep because you just want to be held by him...because even though hes always telling you, your not worthless, that your doing more than enough, all you can do is nod and say "ok", when all that really calms you down and makes you belive that is when he holds you.

My husband is everything thats keeping me stable. I had depression long before i even met him. I was diagnosed with moderate depression. Most of the time its controllable, but sometimes like the past few days, i feel like im drowning in it. When i feel that way hes the only one that can pull me out of it. My husband and my baby...i dont know how id ever get through each day without them.
