Today I celebrate my husbands 8th year of having a new heart. He had a heart transplant at 26 years old. I met him online not long after his operation and we have been together ever since. Needless to say without that this new heart we wouldn't have our princess today. So very blessed with a wonderful husband and baby girl ❤️❤️❤️
