Baby shoe sizes are BS!! I bought my daughter some 1's and they fit her perfect & she's 8 months old! No way 0-3 would fit in these!! Or else my lil mamas has her mommy's small feet, lol!!

i think it depends the shoes. because my son is in between and 3 and a 4 and is 9 months
