I never trained my son to sleep in the crib just brought him home and that night tried it out! Just get them used to it as soon as you're home and they won't know the difference
@kmharr3, @brittanie.riley95, I tried bringing her home and putting her in it but she screamed bloody murder. So she's been sleeping in her swing the past 2 months but I want to get her started in the crib lol

Honestly she might cry a little, I'd just keep putting her in there for a few minutes at a time, you can stay with her and sing to her to sooth her

That works! Jayden got upset the first night and wanted to sleep with us but after the first few days he felt better sleeping without us

I just started putting her in her crib at nap times during the day and thankfully we never had a problem.
