We can go back and forth about this forever, but unless you represent every woman's body chemistry personally, this particular part of the convo is moot. Enjoy your day, @cubanese, hope the advice helped @cwilde1214 😇
also, I DID point out cows milk is controversial..but drinking it DOES increase supply AND makes sure baby isnt lactose intolerant directly..
@cubanese, I invite you to do your research.. I know cows milk does it from personal experience with my infant, like I said, no shade 🤗 just friendly info exchange..
@cubanese she's very helpful with breastfeeding she could give you some advice
...here are a few tips: increase your intake of vegetables (I used to eat plenty of brussel sprouts), keep baby around your breasts (like baby chest to bra hugs)...also, your breasts naturally respond to the baby and when your infant cries, your body will respond..this is a controversial option but regular milk actually increases milk supply as well.. give those a shot..and good luck 😇😇
No pumping I use to breastfeed but then I started giving her a bottle and now she has a hard time going to breast cause I'm not producing enough
@cubanese, I apologize for my change in tone, it is nothing personal I assure you.. I am just not a big fan of arguing or debates.. I respect your opinion, but we are gonna have to agree to disagree, which is fine too.
