Good morning beautiful ladies is it healthy to take prenatal pills when your not pregnant and how long does it take your body to get back to normal once you get off your birth control??

@alanimommy61013 it is actually really good for you to take a prenatal vitamin even if you are not pregnant. As for getting back to normal it is different for every person and different types of birth control. I used the nuva ring for a year and my body never got back to a normal bc I have to hormone imbalances. PCOS and hypothyroid.

It took me about 2 months to get pregnant after coming off birth control. I was taking prenatals everyday the month we conceived. They definitely helped!
