I have a miserably stuffy nose..to the point where I can't sleep! Anyone know what's safe to take during pregnancy that…

I don't think you can take anything this early . I had horrible allergies even got a bad sinus infection my last pregnancy ...I was sooo miserable for about a month

@momofdeuce, I know last pregnancy I had a bad cold and my doctor said Sudafed is safe to take but I'm out and don't see my doctor until Monday :/ I can't breathe 😭

Ugh mommas I know the feeling . Can't you get it over the counter ? Try steaming the shower or heating a towel and putting it over your nose? 🤔🤔

@momofdeuce, oh that's a good idea. I'd prefer a natural alternative over a pill (especially when pregnant) but I haven't anything that works through the night lol

Yea through the night is the hard part ....trying to sleep with a stuffy nose sucks ....I just stuck tissue in the nostril that was stuffy and switched it when the other one would become stuff

@momofdeuce, that's been my go to plan until they both decide to be stuffed at the safe time 😂😭

This going to sound odd BUT smell horse radish. Its SO strong, it will clear up your nose so fast and its just food so it can't hurt the baby especially just by smelling it. I did it ALL the time when i was pregnant and had a cold. @vegasmomma

Vicks vapor rub under your nose or on your chest!
