Yall! Anxiety has trapped me tonight 😢. All the sudden I feel as if I'm the only one that goes through this crap.

So I'm not a medicine taker! Period, I HATE IT! It scares me for some reason since I took mucinex months ago and it made me feel weird. I just took sinus meds and now my anxiety has me feeling a huge lump in my throat, short of breath and queasy 😢😢😢
