Whenever I'm awake at night for a feeding, all I can do is look at the clock and count how much time I have left before I leave for work at 530am. I need something less stress inducing to think about
I'm pretty much a single mom of 4 kids (that's a story I'll add to my profile). I mostly co-sleep with my 7 month old son. That's the only way I can get the rest I need to be functional the next day. If I'm getting up to feed my son, I usually have my phone close by so I can listen music, read or whatever apps/ games I want to use. Be sure to keep it relaxing. Too much stimulation can keep you awake when you go back to bed.
