@cubanese or @mommychina_ would have tips on helping you with that. They are both lactation consultants.
@mommywifelifestyle, my husband watches him as much as he can when he's not working. It's just the part that I need to relieve my boobs of milk very often because they're so hard!!
I remember feeling that way just super overwhelmed. Having your first child then trying to do everything on top of that. One thing I learned is it will all be there when I am ready but for now just worry about you and your little man. Is there anyone who can watch him while you take a shower or bring you some food. Household chores can wait but you need to eat. Try putting him in a baby carrier if that will help so your hands will be free. You can do this and trust me it gets easier. Yall are both still adjusting right now.
@mommywifelifestyle, I just feel like I can't keep up with my son. He eats every 3 hours so all I do is nap IF I do go to sleep right after a feeding. Im falling behind on household chores, I can hardly take care of myself because I'm so tired-important things like showering & eating. I love breastfeeding but it's all catching up to me
Mommy don't give up. He is just cluster feeding! Keep pushing. It's not always easy but it's worth it.
