HELPP ! Ugh , my 5 month old no longer sleeps through the night . When she was almost 4 months old my boyfriend and I both got sick and I thought she was getting sick wichs why she wasn't sleeping through the night anymore . Also she was teething pretty bad but it's been about a month and a half and she's still waking up like clockwork @ 12,3,&5am . She eats and goes back to sleep but sometimes she really tries to stay up and hang out ! I just want my sleep back . Ik she's young and her sleeping pattern isn't set in stone yet but she was sleeping so well all night until than and I'm so exhausted . Any suggestions anyone ?

@oceanna.w, just try to be consistent with putting her back in her crib and maybe even crying it out

Its probably just the normal 4 month sleep regression and there is really nothing u can do but wait it out but stick with a steady routine and dont create any new bad sleep crutches

My daughter does the exact same thing. Wakes up at the same times and she used to sleep all through the night. I'm always exhausted in the mornings when she wakes up at 745 for the day like clockwork. Very rarely does she sleep later than that.

Sleep does not exist in our vocabulary anymore. As in right now my son still wakes up once a night. Once in a blue moon he do sleep all night. I try to keep him up all day and I my one good nap around noon and none when it's his bedtime so he be really tired and sleep.. best of luck to you :)
