Ya'll I'm nervous... giving my employer a 2 week notice this week, and I'm somewhat afraid to tell them. 😂😂 they are a small business so I know they'll have to replace me... but I'm just not happy there. I work full time, and so does my SO, so I don't get much time with him or our daughter. The job I'm at now, I assemble cam locks for door knobs. It literally tears up my hands and fingers so bad. I found a new job that's four days a week, so I'd have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. So yeah ill be losing some money there but I think less hours is what I need. I miss my baby girl. 😢 and I'm tired of stressing over my current job. Yeah, I'll be giving up the fact that it's across the street and I can walk to work, but the other job is like 5 minutes down the road. I'm SO sorry ladies for rambling!! I just needed somewhere to vent.

Do what you gotta do mama! 💖 If you think you'll be happier at a new job and you get to spend more time with your family, then that's all that matters. ☺ I'm sure your daughter will love getting to see you more, too!

I just experienced the same situation. All I can say is: your daughter will be happier and much more bonded with you. My kids would barely see me. Now that I'm home, they can't get enough of me. It's all worth it at the end of the day.

You gotta make yourself happy to raise a happy baby :) do what keeps you sane and your family will benefit from seeing you happy also!!

@jessicarose0602, don't sweat it. Is change after all. Change is always scary, nonetheless but you are doing it for the right reasons and is everyone will benefit from this change.
