It may possibly be a heat rash. Try to just air it out. I know it's better said than done lol but let him sit without a diaper for a little while and see if it helps clear up

@miller13, I was thinking heat rash, he took a nap and wrapped up in our hot comforter and he's a sweaty hot kid to begin with

I wouldn't change the diapers... I did with my daughter when she was 7 months and she broke out bad all around her butt and private area... Stick to the diapers your using... If not sure just call the doctor @trice4990

@miller13, if I had to change diapers I'd be royally fucked! These are literally the only diapers that he does not pee through

@trice4990 my daughter is too...she takes after her daddy... I would say heat rash cuz my daughter those spots at times but if it doesn't clear up soon I would call the doctor

@ashcos, I wish I could let him air dry but I was changing him because we have a helmet appointment to go to for him

@ashcos I put a towel under my daughter when she reacted to the different diapers...she loved the freedom...Lol. That is a good idea too @trice4990

When you get some time home let him air out put a towel in his crib or pack and play especially while he naps. It may be a little mess to clean but worth it

Looks like heat rash. My son got that really bad when he was about 2. Air to the skin should help.
