Just got off the phone wit my SO. Towards the end I brought up the fact I won't hear from him till 8pm because he's working and doesn't have a working phone. He uses one of those call and text apps but it will only work when he has wifi. Just last week he was stranded on the hwy because his car messed up. We live an hr away from each other. Anything could happen to me or my children and there'd be no way to inform him till he has wifi. All in all we argued over him getting his phone connected. He's almost 40 and I'm almost 30 so there's an 11 yr gap between us. He claims he's old school and he doesn't need a working phone constantly. I say it doesn't matter just a cheap track phone so if something happens he can make a phone call or at the very least I'll be able to contact him anytime. Am I wrong for wanting him to have a connected phone at all times or should I just let him be set in his ways? Sorry it's so long but most my posts will be.....
