I drink gas station coffee, or coffee from home and drink a lot of water. All of these fancy coffees like starbucks and dunkin wont help much

Sounds super weird but I've had to stand on all fours and raise my butt in the air to pass gas so that I could be relieved of stomach/gas cramps. Not sure if this will help with the pain you're having!
