The drying up process from breastfeeding was the worst pain ever 😭. Felt like bowling balls hanging off of my chest. bending over ? Forget about it. Felt like hell.

@mommychina_, I didn't really .I just gave him whole milk the day I was ready to stop after his birthday and he didn't give me much problems other then drinking from a sippy cup .

@mommychina_, how do you wean off? My doctor never told me how. She just told me to stop when I felt was ready and to use pain pills and ice packs.

They say do it gradually rather than suddenly just to prevent clogged milk ducts and being engorged.
