Hi, how's the book? I'm looking got a good book to read. And I was like 👀👀👀 "fat fighters" I need those too lol. Is it a pill?

@noirdiva83, its an interesting read. If your looking for a good book to read I recommend 77 Shadow Street or What the Night Knows both are by Dean Kootz. Fat fighters are a capsule, its a supplement which is a carb inhibitor and taking 2 after the largest meal of the day if you know you've eaten a high fat meal or two that day will block 30% of the carbs and fat you've consumed for that day. Taking those plus It Works thermofit and greens has helped me beat bloat and lose a significant amount of weight. For me being short and way overweight thats a huge deal. Plus nursing helps
