So my daughter started with a slight rash on her groin(small red bumps) and it as spread up her torso. I think she might even have a few in her face now. Her brother just got over a rash he got after a couple days of fever but his was not raised like this. Anyone have an idea what this and think I should take her to the doc?

It's called roseola . The fever is apart of a virus , after the fever lets up the rash comes . All over the body . It should only last for a few days . I'd bring her to the doctor and ask about it. There was an out break here in wv of the virus . It is very contagious when fever is on. I hope they feel better
