Is anyone else here high risk? If so what is your condition and how are your symptoms during/after…

22wks 5day pregnant. Bed rest due to short cervix

I'm high risk

With my second I was high risk due to toximia and my first being a preemie , and from there on my last two were also high risk due to my history

I was a high risk in my first pregnancy. Started with contractions at 7 months. I was in bed rest until I was 37 weeks.

Oh my gosh scary. What was your condition?

I was high risk with both my pregnancies. My first I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at about 30 weeks. Made it to 36 before I had to have an emergency induction. Baby girl had to be in the NICU for a week but she is perfect now. And with my second, at her 20 week ultrasound she was measuring super tiny. Stayed in about the 11th-13th percentile of growth all through my pregnancy and had a small hole in her heart. Had to be on a monitor 2x a week and an ultrasound once a week to check her progress but I delivered a healthy (but small) baby at 39 weeks. The recovery was super tough with my first but with my second it was just like having a bad period

@vegasmomma, wow that's intense. I got diagnosed with lupus 4 years ago and had a pulmonary embolism. Been on high doses of prednisone for extended periods of time done chemo and been on blood thinners. A couple months before finding out about my pregnancy I was taken off blood thinners do to random severe internal bleeding. Now that I'm pregnant my doctor would like me to get in a heparin shot for the duration of my pregnancy and 6 weeks after giving birth. I haven't started yet but I will soon. Other that that news I've just been feeling extremely fatigued. I don't have energy to even put makeup on so I'm hoping I won't feel like this for the entire duration of my pregnancy :/

@brookieeee, well you are still early in your pregnancy so fatigue is definitely normal :) I know with my first if I wasn't eating or peeing I was asleep lol I feel like I slept 24 hours a day! But definitely keep a look out. Fatigue is hitting me hard too! Even though it's hard, it's bet to stay as active as you can without over exerting yourself. @vegasmomma, yeah I'm trying to stay active plus I'm a hairstylist so I'm on my feet most of the day. Thanks for the tips and advice and same to you and yours! ❤️
