There are a few around here like that but they're way too expensive anyway so I didn't even bother considering them 😂 My parents live in a 3bd apartment that's $1800 a month...i would die. The water bill there is tied in with the rent so everyone pays the same water bill... $180 A month! It's crazy. Ours now is like $40.

@lizfelico Yeah, we don't have a lease on the house we're in now bc we rent from family, and our rental history is excellent. Our credit is good too, so if I can find a job and we can move in the deposit is only $200, and first month's rent wouldn't be due until 2 weeks after we move in.

@nicoclev renting can be so much more expensive than a mortgage. It's crazy. We were looking to buy for a while, but we decided that right now just isn't the time. Every time we found one we liked, it was sold before we could make an offer or anything. It happened like 3 or 4 times 😅😅 My dad will always have to rent. When I was litte he dated a woman that completely destroyed his credit by opening credit cards in his name, cost him his job bc she stole from the company, and stole so much money from us that they foreclosed on our house that he'd nearly paid the mortgage off on...he never pressed charges for any of it. I think he regrets it now lol. 😕

@scurlock.mommy that sucks!!! We're not in a position to buy right now either so we're trying to find someone reasonable. Why they put fireplaces in apartments in Texas is beyond me (expect to charge more)
