If I lived closer I would so go, I just moved to Tennessee from Kansas and I have no friends, and apparently being pregnant is off putting out here to other people so making friends is hard.

@joanajusino I've gotten that a few times too, it hurts way more than not having friends at all. And it's beyond stressful when you have all the hormone induced emotions and it makes you feel like you're failing as a human.. at least that's how it makes me feel 😕

@joanajusino it really is. And then the people who truly care aren't even in the same state as you. That happens a lot too.

@langwell615, yes!! That's exactly the predicament I'm in. But my SO has been really supportive, so that make me feel a little better. I think for me I miss my support system the most. That's really hard on me.

@langwell615, me too!!! I miss the closeness too... just know that someone knows you that well and it doesn't bother them. Starting over is hard.

@joanajusino it really is, especially when the friends you had to leave were friends you most likely made in high school and you were able to be around people to make friends and moving away from that as an adult it's much harder to meet people

@langwell615, yeah it really is! I wish I didn't have to leave them but my SO got a great job offer that we could pass up.

@langwell615, uh lucky!!! lol I wish we had a real house... and a better car for me. My car is not safe for me to drive anymore

@joanajusino that's why they are paying for our car now, we drove from Kansas to Tennessee in a uhaul and our car back in Kansas was a pos and couldn't make the trip, my gear shift in it was literally being held together with zip ties just so I could put it in drive and reverse lol
