How many oz or bottles should my lo be having on average? he's on 3 meals a day now and I just feel he's not drinking enough. He has 15-20oz a day (sometimes less if he is teething bad) just wondering if it's just me panicking or its pretty normal. He's also just over 7 months don't know if that makes a difference.

My family nurse said they should be on 3 meals by 8/9 months :) Sounds like plenty of milk xD Maybe reduce one meal and he will up the milk if you are worried :) But my daughter is on 3 meals...snacks...2 cups of 5-6oz's of cows milk aday and has breast feeds throughout the day too xx

Oh good glad it doesn't sound too little, I'm used to him drinking lots more and finshing bottle but since he holds his own bottle he seems to fuss alot more but love his food. I'll try reducing a meal and see if it helps ☺ thank you xx @winterbaby95

@abbiiqx But if he's happy with his food I probably wouldnt reduce a meal :) Speak to an HV first or doc hun :) Sounds perfect to me though xx

Yeah he loves his food lol yeah I might pop in see if there happy with it before changing anything as he's happy it's just me being worried lol. Xx

Harvey has 3 meals and 4 7oz bottles but he doesn't always drink it all he's also 7 months xx

Max varies day to day. But he was having about 3 to 4 7oz bottles a day at 7months. Never finishing all 7oz though. As they eat more they tend to lower their milk intake.
