@sixplusones, cold & sore throat honey 🍯 & 🍋 mixed them together add a little bit of baking soda if you have some if not it's fine warm it up at the microwave for like 30 seconds then drink it after that. Do that at least twice a day

Yes it is but do it without the baking soda cause some people said baking soda gave them heart burns @sixplusones,
