What do you ladies use to clean your hardwood floors? I've used swifter wet jet wood, pledge wood floor cleaner, water/vinegar cleaner and a couple other things, but everything seems to make them dry and squeaky. This is an older house so I'm thinking it's just gonna happen, but was wondering if y'all had something you used! TIA! 😊

I was gonna say the same thing @hannibelle .... I live in an older house as well and it works good but when you have pets it definitely fades faster 😱 and a baby in her walker a lot... Lol.

I used to clean houses and I agree the murphys is the best for older hardwood floors. However you want to switch out the murphys for water/vinegar every few times to prevent sticky build up😊

When was the last time the floors were resealed? We just redid our hardwood floors. I used an ammonia compound which took off the grime really well. It also takes off the old seal, so you have to get it resealed. Since wood is absorbent you'll need to wait a few days to let it dry before sealing. It's an option to consider if you haven't sealed in a few years. 😊
