I know I do! I mean I want more children for sure, but not right now, so I must just miss being pregnant lol

@alexadesirae, that's what I'm hoping my problem is because I'm still beating myself up about my body I don't need to jump right back in not that I can right now anyway

Please don't do that to yourself! I'm not much better though. Mind you I haven't been at a "healthy weight" since I was 20, but I was comfortable in my skin before baby girl got here. Now I just feel like an outright slob, but it's my own fault because I'm not actively doing anything about it smh. So my advice to you is to get up, work out, and eat clean. That should help you with breastfeeding too.

@alexadesirae, most people tell me I'm overreacting because I'm small or I guess what others consider small but I'm use to being shaped nicely and for the most part thin but my biggest problem is that I wasn't expecting my stomach to change in appearance like it did

It's definitely a shock. Even for someone with my shape. But it seems like everything on my body changed. The stretch marks didn't come until after she got here. My bra size changed DRASTICALLY, and I was already well endowed. But I think my feelings are hurt mostly by my stomach and back. I've never been thin, but the shape of my tummy changed so much and I just do not feel good about my shape anymore. We'll be okay. If you're breastfeeding, that will actually help you lose weight. And you're in the early stages. It goes down eventually, with or without exercise. But exercise will speed up the process when you're able. Just hang in there. Recovery from childbirth and pregnancy is a process.

@alexadesirae, a process indeed and yeah while in labor when he started coming down into the canal more that's when my stretch marks appeared I was hurt and my boobs started getting big right after I read the pregnancy test so that doesn't even bother me at this point but of course my husband continues to say he likes everything I think is wrong

Keep leaning on that support! Not everyone has it! I'm so appreciative of mine. I would've lost my mind those first few weeks without him. Hell, I still be on the verge from time to time. Motherhood is no joke! And I knew that going into this, but absolutely nothing can prepare you for what you go through. At the end of the day, you kinda have to accept things as they are until you can make changes where necessary. Be around those that can keep your spirits high, and remember, you just did something that not only men, but some women are not capable of. You grew a while human and brought them into this world safely. You did that. So if course you won't have a model figure right after. It's okay! It's okay to not be okay sometimes. We all go through it, and we'll all get through it.

@alexadesirae, his support is what's been keeping me going some days but yes I just have to stay more positive because I'll be doing this same process over again hopefully sooner than later and no dear you don't talk too much you've spoken just enough to put me in better spirits 😊

Same here! But because of how my emotions have been affected by having a baby, it's really made me think to myself to really make sure I'm ready to go through this all over again. It's been such an emotional rollercoaster! But then I look at her and think how could I not want another? She's such a sweet smart baby! With so much personality! And the thing to remember is, every baby and pregnancy is different. Whatever we went through the first time around, we may not even have to deal with again. All I know is, I'm not getting any younger lol so I'm sure I'll be having a couple more in the next few years. I'm glad I could lift your spirits! I know how it is to feel down sometimes as a new first time mommy. It's not easy! But it's worth it!😊

@alexadesirae, glad to have met someone who genuinely understands and I hope the next pregnancy is different I was sick as a dog and practically dying in the beginning had to get on pills as well as quit my job I couldn't do that a second time

Yikes! Mine was not nearly as difficult, which may be why I miss it, but I may be biting off more than I can chew because who knows what the next one will be like. I pray your next is not nearly as rough on you! I'm glad to have met you as well and am glad I could lend a supporting ear. ❤😊
